Dr Ashok Kumar Gadiya

(B.COM, Ph.d, FCA)

Dr Ashok Kumar Gadiya, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is one of the founder partners of the firm. He is Managing Partner of the firm and heading the Head office at Delhi. He has groomed himself in various professional fields and holds a specialization in taxation.

He has gained more than 31 years of experience in the taxation matters, being actively associated with various tax departments and appellate proceedings. He is one of the most sought after consultants for tax opinion among the business & industrial circles.

He is also popular between tax authorities for his balanced approach and enjoys the privilege of presiding over the workshop and remains faculty for revisionary classes of Delhi VAT officers. By virtue of his skill in taxation matters, Govt. of Delhi has nominated him as member of Sales Tax Advisory Committee of NCT of Delhi.

He also has an experience of more than 15 years in management consultancy to educational institutions

He is author of various Books published on the topics of indirect taxation.

CA. Ashok Kumar Singhal

(B.com (H), LLB, FCA)

He is the co founder member of the firm. He is a Law graduate from Delhi University and is also Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is serving the profession from more than 30 years.

He has initially taken up the audit segment of the professional firm however from 90’s onwards, he has given his whole devotion to the Project Management and Merchant Banking Division. There are several public issues to his credit.

He has provided multifarious services to the industry in the field of finance, project feasibility reports, rehabilitation package, public issue, post issue management etc.

He is still providing need-based support to the audit department. With the fact that the education especially Higher Education is an area where lot of professional expertise and acumen is need, he has developed skill on the establishment and running of Educational Institute and has equipped himself to provide consultancy in this respect from begging to end.

CA. Anil Bhandari

(B.com, FCA, AICWA, CISA (USA), CIA (USA), DISA(ICAI)

Anil Bhandari is Fellow Member of the ICAI. He is also Associate member of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India and also a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association. He is serving the profession from the last 15 years.

He is also serving as the Central Council Member of ICAI.

He has also obtained Diploma in Information System Audit of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He is looking after the affairs of Mumbai branch. He enriches a specialization in Internal Audits, System Audit and System Design. He has also experienced in Project Management and currently heads the Information System Audit Division of the firm.

Anil Bhandari is young and dynamic and always remain enthusiastic to work in the new and innovative fields. He is successfully carrying the operation of our prestigious Mumbai branch and also extends his services to other centres in the field of information management system, being the head of the division. He specializes in Due Diligence, Forensic Audits, Corporate Merger & Acquisitions, Business Process Restructuring, Assurance Services.

He was the member of the Managing committee of the Western India Chartered Accountants Students Association and was also the Chairman of its Development Committee.

CA. Anil Kumar Verma

(B.com, FCA)

He is Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and looking after the affairs of Haridwar branch of the organization. He holds experience of more than 30 years.

He has the capability of handling from average to high valued clients and moreover he has the knowledge in almost all the fields of profession. He is efficiently looking after the affairs of Haridwar branch independently and also devotes time with Head Office on various special assignments.

He specializes in Compliances and Auditing of Trusts.

CA. Krishnan Ranganathan

He is a Associate member of the ICAI. Mr Ranganathan has vast experience of more than 25 years in conducting statutory audits and secretarial compliances of corporate. He possesses expertise in mergers, business and share valuations, and project management.

CA. Amit Maheshwari

(B.com,LLB, ACA,ISA(ICAI))

He is a Associate Member of ICAI. He is involved in conducting statutory audit and internal audit assignments . He is presently looking after the audit & system affairs at Head office. Under his supervision the firm is serving large number of clients in this filed. He is providing his all time help to various division and branches of the organization through his active participation. He is experienced in conducting statutory and internal audits of manufacturing companies and is well versed with the laws applicable on manufacturing and trading concerns.

He is well versed with the Indirect Tax laws and is certified GST Practitioner/Consultant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He is also looking after the income tax matters of the clients.

He is also entrusted with the task of assuring that the workforce of the organisation remains updated with new amendments and advancement in the various professional areas.

He is an Associate Member of ICAI. He is involved in conducting Statutory Audits and Secretarial Compliances Assignments.

He is well versed with the existing Accounting, IFRS secretarial provisions .
